Our corporate law department comprises of advocates who are highly qualified in corporate law, making them an invaluable resource to our clients who are seeking legal advice in that field.
We are actively consulted to co-ordinate and advise clients on cross-border transactions in the Eastern Africa region, and globally, such as mergers and acquisitions, conduct due diligence exercises and perfecting of securities by financial institutions across the East Africa region. We also facilitate and advise on the raising of capital for corporate clients through joint ventures and sourcing from commercial banks.
